Our job is to create environments that help our children find their passions, use their gifts to create, experience their own brilliance and discover their calling. To do that we must not only be aware of what our children need and do, but the lens through which we observe them.

In Monitor Passion, EMAP 6 Step 2, we explore how to monitor our own self-awareness:  our paradigms, perceptions, emotional reactions and active listening skills…all the tools we use to interact with and observe our children.  Having this information will sharpen our skills so we can more effectively help our children find their passions.
