Believe it or not, all you have is the moment you are in.  When life is moving fast, things are overwhelming, the kids need an attitude readjustment or your spouse is ‘out to lunch…’  STOP!  Look at your feet (to make sure you’re still there) and then take a deep breath!  The rest is going to happen anyway, but the difference is how you handle it.  Try this little strategy and you’ll be able to handle whatever happens better.
